First training session 2011

A reminder that training re-starts:

BVA training tonight…

BVA training tonight takes a slightly different form to the normal, with the BVA Mens team involved in a friendly match against Spikeopaths.

Those not involved will be on the other side of the curtain where Spikeopaths will be running a joint training session.

BVA training on Tuesday nights

Good day all, this is a message from the coach:

BVA training on Tuesday nights are for team members and by invitation only.

Club night on Mondays at Kendrick school are for all members.

No junior training tonight

A reminder that there is no juniors training tonight due to it being half-term week.

The hall is available to the seniors for all three hours.

BVA season starts Sunday!

Both our BVA teams are in action this weekend.

Our men’s team begins its season with a 3-way local derby against Spikeopaths Mens 1 and Reading Uni. The game starts at 1600 at the Sports Park in Reading University.

The ladies also begin their campaign on the road with a last-minute venue switch from Kendrick School to Herschel Grammar School in Slough. Facing them will be Maidenhead Ladies and Spikeopaths Ladies 1.

Please come and support your teams!

NVL Ladies go 3-0!

Reading Aces Ladies NVL2(S) continued their perfect start to the season with a hard-fought 3-1 win over Oxford Students. MVP for Aces was #10, Christine Brown.

NVL ladies have won second time in the row!

Our NVL2 Ladies have another victory under their belts with a 3-1 win over Sussex Dolphins . Set scores: 25-20, 17-25, 25-19, 25-10. The MVP was Vanda.

All are welcome to Kendrick School next Sunday, 3^rd October to cheer them during their first home game.
