Please note there won’t be any training on Monday 2nd April and on Monday 9th April. The next junior/club night will be Monday 16th April. The last training session will be Monday 30th April.

The date for all the other groups have been also published on our website www.readingaces.co.uk.

Dates for Club night, BVA & NVL training over Dec & Jan

The last date of the year for:
1. Club night at Kendrick School is 19/12/2011 and should resume on 16/01/2012 at 19:30 to 21:30
2. BVA training at Loddon Valley is 13/12/2011 and will resume on 10/01/2012 at 19:30 to 21:30
3. NVL training at Bradfield is 14/12/2011 and will resume on 04/01/2012 at 20:00 to 22:00

Outdoor sessions are starting!!

Well, I guess it’s better late than never…

Outdoor sessions are finally getting under way. We will be starting in Cintra Park on Wednesday 15th June at 7.30pm.

Cintra Park is near the town centre, off the A327 (Aldershot Road). If you know where the Sport Park is at Reading University, it’s just up the road on the opposite side from there.

Club night 21/2

Please note that there will be no Junior session on Monday 21/2/2011 Night as it is half term for the kids.

Kendrick School will be available from 7.15 pm. Lucianon will be at Kendrick around 7.30 to do about 30 – 40 minutes body conditioning / Serving Excercises.

Anyone who wants to join is welcome.

The plan for the Club Night:

- 20 minutes warm up, stretching and conditioning exercises.

- 30 minutes ball warm up… and volley / digging drills (taken from recommended drills by our coach coordinator Christine!)

- 10 minutes hitting / serving (4-4-2 as in pre-match)

and then full match game mode for all attendees.
