Reading Aces Volleyball Club Committee

Invitation to our Annual General Meeting – 1st of May at 7.30 pm

Dear Reading Aces Members,

You’re all invited to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) meeting. The AGM is the most important meeting for the Club and its members to guarantee the future of our volleyball teams and club in general.

This year in the agenda among other topics:

• A review of our current indoor season 2011/12
• The Committee will present a reviewed Club Constitution to allow the members to vote the approval of it
• Elections for Committee Members: three roles are up for re-election Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary. Club members will be also able to vote for the Club President for the season 2012/13 and all the other volunteering positions within the Club.
  All these roles are needed to guarantee continuity of the Club and for this reason will be up to re-election after 2 seasons.

Yesterday after their game, NVL Division 1 ladies thanked Martyn, Luciano and Linda for being such a great help during their home games all season. Unfortunately Linda was not there to receive a round of applause. Thanks a lot again, guys and we’re very lucky to have such committed people! Hope to see you around next season!
