Reading Aces Ladies go running!

Some of the Reading Aces ladies took part in a 10k run at Blenheim Palace on Sunday 25th October. After weeks of thinking about training but not actually getting round to much (other than volleyball), Kay finished after an extremely respectable 52 minutes, Annika after just over 59 minutes, and Vanda after just over an hour.

The girls travelled to Portsmouth on Saturday to play the current top of the table, only to be defeated in straight sets. Speaking to some of the players after the game, the team just never managed to ‘click’. Oh well, it’s early in the season, lots of time for improvement!
